At Eurotrol, we rely on the Editor, who plays a crucial role in our quality management system. For development and production of medical devices, the Editor ensures that documents are clear, concise, and accurate in conveying information to the user, while maintaining compliance with the Quality Management System and applicable standards and regulations. The Editor will be responsible for editing quality system documents, such as standard operating procedures, work instructions, forms, templates, training documents and validation deliverables. The Editor also makes sure that the organization follows document retention policies, and archives inactive documents. From early on, the Editor will be given challenging assignments and take ownership and responsibility.



  • Store, manage and track documents
  • Make sure that documents are accurate and maintain their quality and integrity
  • Process documents for revision and approval
  • Organize documents from conception to distribution and filing
  • Make editorial changes as part of continuous improvement
  • Archive inactive records and documents



  • Good writing, editing, and communication skills in English and Dutch
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently while still maintaining high quality of work
  • Relevant work experience preferred
  • Knowledge of records management procedures and standards preferred
