Description

CueSee® Ringe (CSR) is an innovative packaging concept that will modernize CueSee for blood gases on the Abbott i-STAT®. A glass ampoule sealed inside the device is opened with a simple turning motion eliminating the risk of cut fingers and glass scattering. After activation it functions similar to a standard syringe. The liquid inside the ampoule is not contaminated by ambient air, which reduces pre-analytical errors and provides a long open vial stability.

Intended Use

CueSee VeriSTAT ® CSR is a quality control material for professional use to verify the performance characteristics of the Abbott i-STAT ® system analyzer. The device is intended for the quantitative determination of blood gases (pH, pO2 , pCO2 ), electrolytes (Na+ , K+ , Ca2+ , Cl- ), metabolites (glucose, lactate, creatinine, urea), tCO 2 and hematocrit.
