Product Specialist

Remote Home-Based Position

Due to great growth within the market and introduction of new products we need to grow our Product Specialist Team!!

We are looking for an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist or Respiratory Therapy Professional with Point of Care (POC) experience. If you understand the quality control requirements of clinical laboratory testing and know how to respond to the needs of point of care testing end users - You’re not just another candidate reaching out for a job, you have something of value to offer. In this job you will:

• Connect with your fellow professionals to help meet their quality control needs
• Provide technical support
• Build relationships with existing and potential customers to evaluate the best QC needs
• Work closely with the Product Manager on new products
• Be first in line for Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Promote Eurotrol and its products at meetings and conventions

Skills & Competencies

• Relevant experience with medical laboratory testing (i.e. POC coordinator, Resp. therapist)
• Ambitious self-starter
• Clear thinker with good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
• Experience with tools like Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Experience teaching or training lab testing processes
• Quick learner

Responsibilities:

• Home based with requirement of travel for industry meetings and tradeshows in the US
• Must live within proximity to an airport
• All office equipment needed to perform responsibilities is provided
• You must have access to high speed internet and quiet working conditions
• Must have current driver’s license and insurance and be willing to drive for work events
• Organizational and Time Management Skills are crucial
• Report to the Product Manager
• Be available during normal business hours to cover Customer Service responsibilities
• Connect with customers and attend team meetings
• Candidates living in MST and PST time zones preferred
